Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze of provisions of existing views on the concept of corporate law ,
corporate legislation in combination with corporate man agement issues and the possibility of their use in Ukraine.
The article discusses a general overview of corporate governance and law in the context of the main problems of the development of personal management , socio-cultural aspects of human resource management and management. Special a ttention is paid to the characteristics of corporate governance from the point of view of analy z ing the socio-economic foundations of corporate law.
Анотація
Метою даної статті є аналіз існуючих поглядів на поняття корпоративного права, корпоративного законодавства в поєднанні з питаннями корпоративного управління і можливості їх використання в Україні.
У статті розглядається загальний огляд положень корпоративного управління і права в контексті основних проблем розвитку менеджменті, соціокультурних аспектів управління людськими ресурсами та менеджменту. Особлива увага приділяється характеристиці корпоративного управління з точки зору аналізу соціально-економічних основ корпоративного права.
