Abstract
Despite the restrictions caused by the pandemic, both industrial and fisherman`s fishing continued in the Veselovsky pond in the Rostov Region in 2020. Our studies have shown that the fauna of the reservoir is unevenly used by fisherman`s and industrial fishing. The survey data on the occurrence of fanciers of various species in the catches, as well as the statistics of fishing in the reservoir, were also analyzed. Both amateur and commercial catches were dominated by silver crucian, but the other species were distributed differently. The amateurs also had rudd and taran in the top three. In the fishery, the first 3 species included silver carp and river perch. This is due to the peculiarities of fishing with amateur and commercial gear, as well as with the places where fish are caught. In general, the conclusion is made about the impact of fishing on a significant proportion of the fauna of the Veselovsky pond.
Аннотация
Несмотря на ограничения, вызванные пандемией, в 2020 году на Веселовском водохранилище в Ростовской области продолжалось как промышленное, так и любительское рыболовство. Наши исследования показали, что фауна водохранилища неравномерно используется рыбаками-любителями и промыслом. Также анализировались опросные данные встречаемости в уловах любителей тех или иных видов, а также статистика промысла на водохранилище. И в любительских, и в промысловых уловах доминировал серебряный карась, но вот остальные виды распределялись иначе. У любителей в тройке лидеров были также красноперка и тарань. В промысле же в первые 3 вида входили толстолобик и речной окунь. Это связано с особенностями лова любительскими и промысловыми снастями, а также с местами проведения вылова рыб. В целом делается вывод о воздействии рыболовства на значительную долю фауны водохранилища.

Abstract
The forests of Northern Kyrgyzstan have very poor species composition. Harsh growing conditions, dry climate, vertical zones, localization of forests on the slopes of northern exposures, whereas the opposite forestless slopes have created more or less tolerable conditions for the existence of only one species. It is Tien-Shan’s spruce.
According to some sources forests of Northern Kyrgyzstan was not consist of only one species. In past historical periods in their composition was also attended by Pseudotsuga of Asian species, hemlock and other wood species.
The unsatisfactory natural resumption of local breed, intensified exploitation of spruce forests of Kyrgyzstan during the last hundred years, cattle grazing, and in recent years the recreation led to serious concerns for their further fate. One of the ways to solve this situation may be introduction of tree species in the region. In last 80 years’ different tree species was been tested for the enrichment of species composition, productivity improvement of spruce forests and for landscaping purposes.
One of these species, which may in a relatively short time increase forest productivity is Pseudotsuga. The prospects of its breeding noted in many countries of Europe. In Central Asia, small areas of artificial plantations of this species are only in Kyrgyzstan.
Currently, the second stage of introduction of this breed in Kyrgyzstan is underway. Pseudotsuga in local conditions creates highly productive plantations, developing according to class I bonitas, tolerates harsh forest conditions,also there is a natural resumption. Not affected by pests and diseases. Among the shortcomings, a relatively high trunkshift should be noted.
In general, this breed can be recommended for plantation afforestation and widespread introduction into the belt of spruce forests of Northern Kyrgyzstan.

Abstract
Despite certain successes in the treatment of lung cancer a significant number of patients is subject to symptomatic and palliative treatment. Accession of hemoptysis is one of the most severe symptoms of unresectable lung cancer. The combination of endoscopic hemostasis in conjunction with endovascular embolization of bronchial arteries (REEBA) allows to improve quality of life of patients and prolong it for a while.
The clinic REEBA performed in 258 patients with unresectable cancer of the lung. Reasons for non-surgical treatment were prevalent neoplastic process, age and severity of comorbidities.
Managed to achieve stop bleeding in 231 patients. Recurrence of pulmonary hemorrhage was observed in 21 patients who iteratively performed REEBA. Lethal outcome was observed in 9 case. Ineffective hemostasis appeared in 3 patients.
Thus the experience of using REEBA and endoscopic hemostasis in complicated forms of unresectable lung cancer allows to improve quality of life, as well as in the future to hold chemoradiotherapy, which makes it possible to prolong the patient's life.

Незважаючи на певні успіхи у лікуванні раку легені значна кількість хворих підлягає паліативному і симптоматичному лікуванню. Приєднання кровохаркання є одним з найбільш важких симптомів нерезектабельного раку легені. Опасним ускладненням також є ателектаз та гіповентиляція долі або всієї легені. Комбінація ендоскопічного гемостазу в поєднанні з рентгенендоваскулярною емболізацією бронхіальних артерій (РЕЕБА) дозволяє поліпшити якість життя пацієнтів і продовжити її на деякий час.
У клініці РЕЕБА виконана у 258 пацієнтів з нерезектабельними формами раку легені. Причинами відмови від хірургічного лікування були поширений пухлинний процес, вік і тяжкість супутньої патології.
Домогтися зупинки кровотечі вдалося у 231 пацієнтів. Рецидив легеневої кровотечі спостерігався у 8 пацієнтів, яким повторно виконувалася РЕЕБА. Летальний результат спостерігався в 8 випадках. Неефективним гемостаз виявився у 21 хворого.
Таким чином досвід використання РЕЕБА та ендоскопічного гемостазу при ускладнених формах нерезектабельного раку легені дозволяє поліпшити якість життя, а також в подальшому провести хіміопроменеву терапію, що дає можливість продовжити пацієнту життя.

A system of equations for describing quantum reality is given. As a calculation method, particular solutions of the system of equations for individual physical objects are used. The general solution is found as the sum of the solutions of individual objects. As a result, the structure of quantum reality is found.

Приводится система уравнения для описания квантовой реальности. В качестве метода расчета используются частные решения системы уравнений для отдельных физических объектов. Общее решение находится как сумма решений отдельных объектов. В результате находится строение квантовой реальности.

Abstract
The combined methods of surface treatment for obtaining heat-resistant coatings, proposed by us, consist in a combination of various kinds of influences on the material being processed. For example, the nitriding process is combined with the preliminary activation of the surface by means of an electric discharge in an inert gas medium. This makes it possible to intensify the process of diffusion saturation, to increase the depth of the modified layer and its microhardness. Similar goals are also achieved with a combination of gas nitriding and pretreatment of the product surface with laser radiation. We associate the radiation resistance of the Zn-Al coating with its pronounced globular structure. The presence of such a system of "balls" leads to elastic scattering of argon ions, so that the local deformation turns out to be insignificant.

Abstract
The article presents models and methods for constructing broadband fiber-optic power transmission lines. To increase the maximum transmission speed along the existing transport routes, to ensure the quality and reliability of the service, it is proposed to develop a scenario for the modernization of the information and communication infrastructure of the regional data transmission network. Modern technologies for constructing a fiber-optic transmission line using the wave distribution principle are described. It also allows you to increase the bandwidth by transmitting various modulations of code signals in a fiber-optic cable. This technology makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the use of fiber by applying the distribution of distribution directions in the directions of propagation of the light flux and is implemented in fiber-optic elements available in the domestic market.
Аннотация
В статье показаны модели и методы построения широкополосных волоконно-оптических линий передачи. Предлагается разработать сценарий модернизации информационно-коммуникационной инфраструктуры региональной сети передачи данных для увеличения максимальной скорости передачи по существующим магистралям, обеспечения качества и надежности обслуживания. Описаны современные технологии строительства волоконно-оптических линий передачи по принципу волнового распространения. Это также позволяет увеличить полосу пропускания, передавая различные модуляции сигналов перегрузки кода по оптоволоконному кабелю. Данная технология позволяет повысить эффективность использования волокна за счет распределения направлений распределения света и реализована в волоконно-оптических элементах, имеющихся на отечественном рынке.

Abstract
The main purpose of the research is to identify the factors that negatively affect the performance of the wagon turnover, which is a key indicator of the quality of railway work. The article analyzes the methods of determining the time of wagon turnover. Execution of the indicator wagon turnover on the example of JSC “Uzbekistan Railways” for the period from 2015 to 2020, the analysis was carried out on the basis of its constituent elements. Factors influencing the timing of the wagon turnover were identified and the result was expressed in the form of “Ishikawi diagram”. Measures to accelerate the wagon turnover were developed on the basis of the Hosin-Kanri principle.

Abstract
The results of mathematical modeling processes in the turboshaft gas turbine engine are presented. The using calculation method based on a high-level Gas Turbine Engine mathematical model, which is founded on a multi-stage axial compressor two-dimensional description. Presented are the processes in Gas Turbine Engine on stationary modes analysing results given in the article showed the used model advantage, reliability and expediency of its practical application.
Аннотация
Представлены результаты математического моделирования процессов в турбовальном газотурбинном двигателе с однокаскадным газогенератором. Для их получения использован метод расчета, основанный на математической модели ГТД высокого уровня, опирающейся на двумерное описание многоступенчатого осевого компрессора. Приведенные в статье результаты анализа процессов в ГТД на стационарных режимах показали преимущество используемой модели, достоверность полученых результатов и целесообразность ее практического применения.

Abstract
The article is devoted to research on the creation of a rational technology for refining modified fats, in particular ethyl esters of fatty acids. It has been experimentally established that the neutralization of ethyl esters of fatty acids by means of a 10% development of the sodium salt of glycine in 40% ethyl alcohol reduces the value of the acid number to 0.2 mg KOH / g. This technology reduces the loss of the target product during refining and uses the neutralization by-product to produce biocompatible and biodegradable acylamino acid surfactants for food and cosmetics or food additives for pet food. Surface tension for surfactants based on amino acids obtained after amidation of a by-product of neutralization of fatty acid ethyl esters was determined.
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженням щодо створення раціональної технології рафінації модифікованих жирів, зокрема етилових ефірів жирних кислоn. Експериментально встановлено, що нейтралізація етилових ефірів жирних кислот за допомогою 10 %-вого розвину натрієвої солі гліцину в 40%-вому етиловому спирті знижує величину кислотного числа до 0,2 мг КОН/г. Така технологія дозволяє зменшити втрати цільового продукту під час рафінації та використовувати побічний продукт нейтралізації для виробництва біосумісних і біорозкладних ациламінокислотних поверхнево-активних речовин для продуктів харчування та косметичних засобів або харчових добавок до кормів свійських тварин. Визначено поверхневий натяг для поверхнево-активних речовин на основі амінокислот, що отримані після амідування побічного продукту нейтралізації етилових ефірів жирних кислот.

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to acquaint the public with the technology of making satin and adras fabrics, which are products of ancient crafts. The sequence of production of these fabrics at the factory "Yodgorlik" describes the process from the separation of silk from cocoons to the formation of the finished fabric. The secrets of the old masters are still preserved here, and most of the work is done by hand. This is why the fabric comes out in a truly unique pattern, making it very difficult to replicate the same patterns.

Abstract
The article discusses the increase in efficiency in the air heat pump installation in the expander-generator unit during preheating of the air used as a heat carrier. A graph of the dependence of the conversion coefficient on the initial air temperature is obtained.

В статье рассматривается повышение эффективности в воздушной теплонасосной установке в детандер - генераторном агрегате при предварительном подогреве воздуха, используемого в качестве теплоносителя. Получен график зависимости коэффициента преобразования от первоначальной температуры воздуха.

Abstract
Clustering is the task of grouping in the same group objects which are more similar to each other than those in other groups (clusters). There are quite many clustering algorithms due to the notion of a "cluster" isn't precisely define. A problem of solving clustering task on data with outliers is well studied and approaches are guided in form of recommendations to remove “noisy” data or to replace it by mean [1,2]. For the dataset considered in current work the replacement of outliers by mean resulted the improved clustering’s results, however the better score is achieved by keeping outlier values unchanged.

Abstract
At the present time, more than 60% of agricultural machinery operates with a depreciation service life. Economically feasible service life can be higher than depreciation by 10 ... 15 years. The purpose of the study is to determine the dependence of the annual operating time, the total costs of eliminating failures, and the operating time cost on the service life in the range from 1 to 32 years. The research was carried out according to the reported data of the agricultural enterprises "Malalla" and "Pervomaisk" of the Batyrevsky district of the Chuvash Republic during 1998-2019. Analysis of the consumption of spare parts showed that the largest number of total spare parts falls on the interval of service life of 17-19 years and operating time from 32-35 thousand equivalent hectares. The study of the consumption of spare parts and the operating time of the tractor and the cost of operating time by years of operation allows us to conclude that from 27 to 32 years of operation, with a total operating time of 46784 a.e. ha, despite the annual increase in the consumption of spare parts, its operating time begins to decrease, and the cost per unit of operating time increases dramatically and the total consumption of spare parts reaches the cost of a new tractor. It is at this time that the operation of the tractor must be stopped.

В данное время более 60% сельхозтехники работает заамортизационным сроком эксплуатации. Экономически целесообразные сроки эксплуатации могут быть выше амортизационных на 10…15 лет. Целью исследования является определение зависимости годовой наработки, общих затрат на устранение отказов, и стоимости наработки от сроков эксплуатации в интервале от 1 до 32 лет. Исследование проводились по отчетным данным СХА «Малалла» и «Первомайск» Батыревского района Чувашской Республики на протяжении 1998-2019гг. Анализ расхода запчастей показал, что наибольшее количество суммарных запчастей приходится на интервал срока эксплуатации 17-19 лет и наработки от 32-35 тыс. у.э.га. Исследование расхода запчастей и наработки трактора и стоимости наработки по годам эксплуатации позволяет делать вывод, что с 27 по 32 год эксплуатации, при суммарной наработке 46784 у.э.га, несмотря на ежегодное увеличении расхода запчастей, его наработка начинает уменьшается, а стоимость единицы наработки резко возрастает и суммарный расход запчастей достигает стоимости нового трактора. Как раз в это время надо прекращать эксплуатацию трактора.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the use of biological preparations BioNorma Pseudomonas and BioNorma Triomax produced (both produced by BioNorma LLC, Ukraine) in the technology of growing sugar corn (Zea mays convar. saccharata var. rugosa). The influence of biological preparations on the formation of biologized agroecosystems, increasing the productivity of agrophytocenoses, increasing the yield of sugar corn and obtaining environmentally friendly products is shown. Ecologically and economically grounded use of biological preparations in the cultivation of sugar corn.

Abstract
Baroque music is one of the most impressive parts of musical cultural heritage of western and eastern Europe. And nevertheless all the evolution of musical instruments and music in general, as well as the huge changes in art of performance, especially due to permanent search of new soundings, which are being created by instruments with usage of electromagnetic energy, baroque music still remains to stay actual up to now. One of the authors who were reopened in XX century was Antonio Lucio Vivaldi, whose known compositions list still being updated by new discoveries. In current paper it is discussed the wide range of unrepeatable uncial features of Vivaldi’s music, which still remains part time undiscovered for modern performers.

Abstract
The research work is devoted to the application of modern approaches to justify the allocation of protected areas on the example of the cluster "Sangilen" of "Ubsunur basin" Naturte Reserve (Tuva, Russia). This work is a continuation of the creation of methods for the arrangement of reserves, which the forest Institute carried out by order of the Ministry of natural resources of the USSR in the 90s. Unfortunately, this work was stopped at the stage of research and did not receive regulatory completion. The traditional characteristics of climate, relief, soils, vegetation and animal population of the watershed of the Republic are given. TES-Khem and Balyktyg-hem. Traditional and modern methods of landscape assessment for the allocation of the Federal specially protected area were used to allocate the cluster. The satellite images of medium and high resolutions, correction of boundaries of protected areas and its buffer zone on natural boundaries is well allocated on the ground (rivers, watersheds). The selected area of the cluster is unique, which determines the habitat of rare species, at the same time it is typical for the mountains of the South-East of Tuva, which allows extrapolating cluster monitoring data to adjacent areas with the same type of landscape structure of mountain systems. The contour decoding of digital satellite images was performed, on the basis of which thematic layers (geomorphology, soil, vegetation, animal population, landscapes) with classification legends of maps were created, the biotopic structure of landscapes was determined. The work on thematic classification of the cluster allows organizing systematic (comparable, extrapolated) environmental studies in protected areas. For the first time the estimation of ecological capacity and stability of landscapes of the cluster to natural and anthropogenic factors is given. According to the ecological capacity of habitats, the possible number of rare species of animals listed in the Red books of the Russian Federation and RT, which can live in The territory of the Sangilen cluster, is calculated. The costs of creating a security regime and further functioning of the cluster are determined.

Показано применение современных подходов к обоснованию выделения ООПТ на примере организации кластера «Сангилен» заповедника «Убсунурская котловина» (Тыва, РФ). Приводится традиционная характеристика климата, рельефа, почв, растительности и животного населения водораздельной части рек Тес-Хем и Балыгтыг-Хем. Для выделения кластера использованы традиционные и современные приёмы оценки ландшафтов для выделения федеральной особо охраняемой территории. По космоснимкам среднего и высокого разрешений проведена коррекция границ ООПТ и её охранной зоны по естественным рубежам, хорошо выделяемым на местности (русла рек, водоразделы). Выбранная территория кластера отличается уникальностью, что определяет обитание редких видов, одновременно она типична для гор юго-востока Тувы, что позволяет экстраполировать данные мониторинга кластера на прилегающие площади с однотипным ландшафтным строением горных систем. Выполнено контурное дешифрирование цифровых космических снимков, на основании которого созданы тематические слои (геоморфологии, почвы, растительности, животного населения, ландшафтов) с классификационными легендами карт, определена биотопическая структура ландшафтов. Работа по тематической классификации кластера позволяет организовать проведение системных (сопоставимых, экстраполируемых) экологических исследований на ООПТ. Впервые приводится оценка экологической ёмкости и устойчивости ландшафтов кластера к естественным и антропогенным факторам. По экологической ёмкости местообитаний рассчитана возможная численность редких видов животных, занесённых в Красные книги РФ и РТ, которые могут обитать на территории кластера «Сангилен». Определены затраты на создание охранного режима и дальнейшего функционирования кластера.

Abstract
Relevance of the work: In the article, based on the analysis and generalization of the actual material, the issues of the development of cooperatives are considered, in connection with the integration, new economic structures are formed that can survive in the conditions of tough market competition. The most developing forms of cooperative and integration relations in the agro-industrial complex at the present time are: the creation of processing industries by large commercial agricultural enterprises, which allows them to produce finished products from their own raw materials and use significant amounts of added value for their own needs, the organization of regional multi-industry and food agro-industrial formations, the effective functioning of which makes it possible to implement the principle of profitable distribution of the received added value between the subjects of cooperation in the promotion of the product from the manufacturer to the consumer.

Abstract
The main purpose of this article is to substantiate the problems of strategic managemen tand to develop a strategy for the development of the crop sectorin agricultural enterprises of the studied territory. The article deals with the mainissues of the practical application of methods of stimation of competitiveness of the plant industry in modern business environments. The rating of the regions of the studied territory by the availability of resources, the level and the results of the development of the plant growing industry were evaluated. The problems of increasing the competitiveness of crop production are relevance and strategic importance, which has led to an intensification of both international and domestic competition.
Under these conditions, it is necessary to develop a modern concept of increasing the competitiveness of crop production, in particular, in the direction of theoretical, methodological and practical research on the formation of elastic systems of marketing management, the formation of a strategy resource-saving technologies, balanced internal and external food relations, information and corporate organizational production structures in the field of agricultural production. It is proposed to use resource-saving technologies of crop production when using technical and technological modernization and digitization of production.

Abstract
The article highlights the current trends in the development of the dairy industry in Ukraine and identifies strategic priorities for efficient milk production. It is established that there are different trends in the dairy farming development. They are characterized by the following: with the increase of natural indicators of milk production efficiency there are no preconditions for overcoming the tendencies to reduce the number of dairy cows.
The main directions of the dairy industry effective development in agricultural enterprises are to increase milk production by increasing the productivity of cows, stabilization and increase of livestock, reconstruction of active farms, their modernization and technical equipment, commissioning of new facilities, improvement of feed production, development of selection and breeding work, improving the animal’s reproductive qualities.
The strategic priorities of ensuring efficient milk production are substantiated, among which the following measures are highlighted: concentration and specialization of production; introduction of innovative technologies; improving the quality and safety of milk through the introduction of appropriate quality control systems, improving the genetic potential of animals and quality of the nutritive base, compliance with the conditions of keeping and care of cows, improving selection and breeding work.

Abstract
In modern conditions, artificial intelligence and digitalization of technological and economic processes play an increasing role in the activities of enterprises. While there is no doubt about their application to technology, in the complex field of strategic management, there are many questions about what elements of this complex socio-economic system they can currently be applied to, and what results can be expected.
The main purpose of the proposed article is to examine the model of the strategic process of the enterprise for the possibility of its digital transformation and to identify objective and subjective factors that prevent this. To do this, the article provides a comprehensive step-by-step analysis of the strategic process and attempts to find the place of digital technologies in each of them.
The article is written based on the study of literary sources (monographs, textbooks, scientific articles) presented.

В современных условиях в деятельности предприятий все большую роль играют искусственный интеллект и цифровизация технологических и хозяйственных процессов. Если в отношении технологии их применение не вызывает сомнений, то в отношении такой сложной сферы как стратегическое управление существует немало вопросов по поводу того, в каких элементах этой сложной социально-экономической системы и в каких масштабах их в настоящее время можно применять, и каких ожидать результатов.
Основная цель предлагаемой статьи – рассмотрение модели стратегического процесса предприятия на предмет возможности ее цифровой трансформации и выявление объективных и субъективных факторов, препятствующих этому. Для этого в статье осуществлен всесторонний поэтапный анализ стратегического процесса и сделана попытка нахождения места цифровых технологий на каждом из них.

Abstract
This particular article is focused on discussing the topic of bilingual education in Russia, its main features, the most common problems and their solutions. As well, as the authors analyze the role of the Paul Diel method within bilingual education and shows the opportunity of implementing Paul Diel's introspective analysis in the process of arranging educational process within bilingual classes. Application of the introspective analysis method to Psychology course would help a teenager process his or her identity not as derived from the surrounding, but as a matter of selfhood, which is crucial for the process of simultaneous acquisition of several foreign languages.. .

Abstract
The globalization of social processes, rapid changes in the information and communication infrastructure, international convergence and multidisciplinary cooperation have led to the fact that modern society places new demands on the ways of obtaining and transmitting knowledge and the role of man in these processes. The entire structure of society, all its component elements (technological, organizational, economic, socio-psychological, etc.) begin to be transformed in a direction that meets the needs of information civilization. Informatization issues are an objective legal concept of open education. The main task of informatization in higher education institutions at the moment is the transition of the world society to a new civilized stage of its development.

Abstract
The article provides a detailed analysis of research in the field of neurolinguistics in Azerbaijani linguistics. It is noted that neurolinguistics is a very young field in Azerbaijani linguistics. However, quite successful research has already been conducted in the field of neurolinguistics in Azerbaijani linguistics. The article notes that neurolinguistics was first mentioned in Azerbaijani linguistics in the work "Introduction to Turkish-Tatar language" written by Turkologist Bekir Chobanzade in 1924. Thus, here we look at the chronology of research in the field of neurolinguistics in Azerbaijani linguistics. The research deals with scientific research in the field of neurolinguistics by Gulmira Sadiyeva, Heydar Eminli and other researchers in Azerbaijani linguistics. The study also looks at the history of neurolinguistics in world linguistics, its theoretical and methodological aspects. In particular, it is noted that neurolinguistics originated as a branch of psycholinguistics and later separated from it. The article also provides extensive information about the essence, functions, theoretical and methodological bases of neurolinguistics. The study also discusses aphasia and its types, one of the main objects of research in neurolinguistics, and the causes of aphasia.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the description of some word-formation elements in the morphological system of the Kadar dialect of Dargin language. The author of this article describes some suffixes that are commonly used in the morphology of the Kadar dialect and compares them with those ones in literary Dargin language.

Abstract
The article outlines the main vectors of the development of encapsulation models in the discourses of social cognition. The main characteristics of the Soviet model of encapsulation are given, the vectors of development are indicated in the context of the value orientations of the socialist society. The main reasons that influenced the change from one encapsulation model to another are shown, the contradictions that were formed as a result of radical transformations of Russian society are revealed. The article outlines the current trends in the formation of a new model of encapsulation in the logic of social, political ideologemes, as well as those socio-cultural markers that determine the modern characteristics of the Russian model of encapsulation.
The analysis of encapsulation models was based on the approaches of K. Rennes. However, they are not limited only to individual intercultural interaction; they consider the interactions of social groups in a wider socio-political and geopolitical space.
