Abstract
During the conducted mathematical analysis, we propose the equations of confessional coefficients in order to quickly establish the phytomass of pine woodlands, depending on their age and the type of hydro-edaphic growth conditions. We analyzed that the pine plantations of Zhytomyr Polissya absorb the most carbon and produce oxygen in wetter soil types.
We conclude that it is advisable for Zhytomyr Polissya foresties to introduce a forestry in which hydro-edaphic growth conditions are taken into account when creating pine forest crops.
Анотація
У ході проведеного математичного аналізу запропоновані рівняння конфесійних коефіцієнтів з метою швидкого встановлення фітомаси соснових деревостанів залежно від їх віку та гідро-едафічних умов зростання. Проаналізовано, що соснові насадження Житомирського Полісся найбільше поглинають вуглець та продукують кисень в більш вологих типах ґрунту.
Зроблено висновок, про доцільне ведення лісового господарства лісництвами Житомирського Полісся, де гідро-едафічні умови зростання враховуються при створенні соснових лісових культур .

Abstract
The article reveals the relationship between growth intensity, slaughter qualities of pigs with lysine content in crude protein feed. During the experiment, compound feed (grain mixture) of wheat with lysine content in crude protein was compared at the level of 6.6% in the experimental group against also compound feed with lysine content of 4.8% in the control.The average daily gain of fattening livestock of the experimental group was 752 g, and in the control group 688 g, respectively. The difference was 9.1% in favor of the experimental group. Silage corn grain in compound feed by weight was up to 40% with a lysine content of 6.6% in crude protein (except for the final period).Based on the research, certain conclusions are made, which are described in this article. In particular, the positive effect of lysine content at the level of 6.6% in crude protein feed of pigs during fattening in combination with moist canned corn grain on the indicators of slaughter pigs.
Анотація
У статті розкритий взаємозв’язок інтенсивності росту, забійних якостей свиней із вмістом лізину у сирому протеїні кормів раціону. Протягом експерименту порівнювався комбікорм (зерносуміш) пшениці, силосованого зерна кукурудзи і білковими добавками із вмістом лізину у сирому протеїні на рівні 6,6 % у дослідній групі проти також комбікорму із вмістом лізину 4,8% у контролі. Середньодобові прирости відгодівельного поголів’я дослідної групи становили 752 г , а у контрольній групі 688 г відповідно. Різниця склала 9,1% на користь дослідної групи. Силосоване зерно кукурудзи у комбікормі за фізичною масою становило до 40% із вмістом лізину 6,6% у сирому протеїні (за виключенням заключного періоду).
На основі проведених досліджень зроблені певні висновки, що описуються в даній статті. Зокрема, позитивний вплив вмісту лізину на рівні 6,6% в сирому протеїні кормів раціону свиней при відгодівлі у поєднанні з вологим силосованим зерном кукурудзи на показники забою молодняку свиней.

Abstract
This article presents the justification for the use of packable modern filling composite materials as an alternative to silver and copper amalgams. Currently, dentistry is actively developing, improving, however, despite this, dental diseases remain an urgent problem. According to WHO, the main disease in dentistry is dental caries, 80% to 98% of people suffer from it [1, p. 62]. Thanks to the development of medicine, a large number of filling products can be observed on the dental market [2]. Composite materials have become widespread due to their characteristics [3, p. 7; 4; 5]. There are packable composites among them, specially developed as an alternative to dental amalgam [6, p. 58].
Аннотация
В данной статье представлено обоснование применения конденсируемых современных пломбировочных композитных материалов как альтернативу серебряной и медной амальгаме. В настоящее время стоматология активно развивается, совершенствуется, однако несмотря на это стоматологические заболевания остаются актуальной проблемой. Согласно ВОЗ основным заболеванием в стоматологии является кариес, им болеют от 80 % до 98 % [1, с. 62]. Благодаря развитию медицины на рынке можно наблюдать большое количество пломбировочной продукции [2]. Широкое распространение получили из-за своих характеристик композиционные материалы [3, с. 7; 4;5]. Среди них можно выделить конденсируемые композиты, специально разработанные в качестве альтернативы амальгаме [6, с. 58].

Abstract
The work relates to the creation of new observational astronomy methods, in particular to gravitational astrophysics. A new physical phenomenon of the gravitational fields effect on acoustic waves propagating in media has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally established. On the basis of the proposed method, a precision ultrasonic installation has been developed, the operation of which is based on differential measurements in opposite directions of ultrasonic waves instantaneous fluctuations propagating in an acoustically transparent medium. This circuit design allows us to detect gravitational waves. Experimental measurements have shown that numerous gravitational waves continuously arrive from the surrounding space at any time. In this case, both supernova explosions and various oscillatory processes of numerous neutron stars - pulsars - are recorded. Continuous observations of gravitational waves, in particular, not only pulsations and precessions of neutron stars, but also their gravitational glitches, indicate a high sensitivity of gravitational waves detecting by the created ultrasonic equipment. The resulting sensitivity parameter is higher than that in the observatories designed and built by the LIGO and VIRGO collaborations. This result of the gravitational waves observation confirms the fact of the new promising technology creation for studying and knowing the Universe.
Аннотация
Работа относится к созданию новых методов наблюдательной астрономии, в частности к гравитационной астрофизике. Теоретически обосновано и экспериментально установлено новое физическое явление воздействия полей тяготения на распространяющиеся в средах акустические волны. На основании предлагаемого метода разработана прецизионная ультразвуковая установка, функционирование которой базируется на дифференциальных измерениях мгновенных флуктуаций ультразвуковых волн, распространяющихся в акустически прозрачной среде во встречных направлениях. Такое схемное решение позволяет обнаружить гравитационные волны. Экспериментальные измерения показали, что в любые моменты времени из окружающего Космоса непрерывно поступают многочисленные гравитационные волны. При этом регистрируются как взрывы сверхновых звезд, так и различные колебательные процессы многочисленных нейтронных звезд - пульсаров. Непрерывные наблюдения гравитационных волн, в частности, не только пульсаций и прецессий нейтронных звезд, но и их гравитационных глитчей, указывают на высокую чувствительность обнаружения гравитационных волн созданной ультразвуковой аппаратурой. Полученный параметр чувствительности является более высоким по сравнению с чувствительностью обсерваторий, разработанных и созданных коллаборациями LIGO и VIRGO. Этот результат наблюдения гравитационных волн подтверждает факт создания новой перспективной технологии изучения и познания Вселенной.

Abstract
An improved routing algorithm in self-organizing radio networks is proposed, which features: reducing the redundancy of the flow of control signals in the network by transferring the function of selecting (continuing) the route of all relay nodes; fast adaptation and self-healing of the network along an alternative route in case of failure of active relay nodes. It is proved that the proposed algorithm has better characteristics in terms of the set of parameters in comparison with the known algorithms. Self-organizing routing algorithm (SRA) is designed for mobile wireless self-organizing communication networks, in which nodes have the same status. The functions of base stations are distributed among all participants in information interaction. The SRA algorithm is intelligent, it includes the ability of nodes to independently make decisions about building a route and / or restoring it.

Запропоновано вдосконалений алгоритм маршрутизації в самоорганізованих інформаційних мережах, відмітними особливостями якого є: зниження надмірності потоку керуючих сигналів в мережі шляхом передачі функції вибору (продовження) маршруту всіх вузлів ретрансляції; швидка адаптація і самовідновлення мережі за альтернативним маршрутом при виході з ладу активних вузлів ретрансляції. Доведено, що запропонований алгоритм за сукупністю параметрів має кращі характеристики в порівнянні з відомими алгоритмами. Самоорганізований алгоритм маршрутизації (САМ) призначений для мобільних бездротових самоорганізованих мереж зв'язку, в яких вузли мають однаковий статус. Функції базових станцій розподілені між усіма учасниками інформаційної взаємодії. Алгоритм САМ є інтелектуальним, в нього закладена можливість вузлом самостійно приймати рішення про участь в побудові маршруту та/або відновленні його.

Abstract
Town-planning - engineering science and consequently, as well as in any engineering science, all arising problems in process of development of any such system can be resolved, only having defined that fundamental law, not which account in primary preconditions and has led to occurrence to the problem shown in practice. It is an engineering science essence. Misunderstanding of such law in town-planning activity, especially with reference to megacities, already leads mullions-strong cities to permanent collapses, first of all in the form of nonlinear growth of expenses for maintenance of their normal functioning. Attempt of search of ways to such law also contains in given article.

Градостроительство – техническая наука, и поэтому, как и в любой технической науке, все возникающие проблемы по мере развития любой такой системы можно разрешить, лишь определив тот фундаментальный закон, не учет которого в изначальных предпосылках и привел к возникновению проявившейся на практике проблеме. Это суть технической науки. Непонимание такого закона в градостроительной деятельности, особенно применительно к мегаполисам, уже приводит многомиллионные города к перманентным коллапсам, прежде всего в виде нелинейного роста затрат на поддержание их нормального функционирования. Попытка поиска путей к такой закономерности и содержится в данной статье.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the processes of transformation in the structure of education and self-education among public authorities at the regional level. Since independence, Ukraine has undergone processes of transformational changes in the civil service, the creation of educational institutions network, advanced training and the creation of a favorable environment for professional self-education of government officials at various levels. The basic level of the power vertical becomes a united territorial community, which exercises its own powers being closest to the citizens. It ensures the functioning and creation of social facilities (culture, education, medicine, utilities, etc.). All organizational activities are carried out by officials of local self-government bodies and structural subdivisions of executive bodies at the regional level.
The level of assessment and trust performed by the residents of the territory depends on the coordinated work of public authorities in the region and communal institutions of the community. And the level of work of government depends on the degree of professional activity and the completeness of the powers’ exercise, aimed at meeting the demand of citizens for services: education, culture, medicine, social support. Criteria on which the issue of improving the living standards of citizens depends and outline their life prospects. Accordingly, public administration should be carried out by officials, civil servants who have the appropriate educational qualifications, able to develop independently and ensure organizational and administrative activities at a high level.
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню процесів трансформації структури освіти і самоосвіти посадових осіб органів публічної влади на регіональному рівні. За часи незалежності в Україні пройшли процеси з трансформаційних змін державної служби, створення мережі закладів з навчання, підвищення кваліфікації та створення сприятливого середовища для професійної самоосвіти службовців органів влади різного рівня. Базовим рівнем владної вертикалі стає об’єднана територіальна громада, яка виконує власні повноваження та найближча до громадян. Саме вона забезпечує функціонування та створення соціальних об’єктів території (культури, освіти, медицини, комунальні підприємства тощо). Всю організаційну діяльність здійснюють посадові особи органів місцевого самоврядування та структурні підрозділи органів виконавчої влади регіонального рівня.
Від злагодженої роботи органів публічної влади в регіоні та комунальних закладів громади залежить рівень оцінки й довіри до них з боку жителів території. А рівень роботи органів влади залежить від ступеня професійної діяльності та повноти виконання повноважень направлених на задоволення запиту громадян на послуги: освіти, культури, медицини, соціальної підтримки. Критерії від яких залежить питання покращення рівня життя громадян та окреслюються їх життєві перспективи. Відповідно державне управління має здійснюватися посадовими особами, державними службовцями, які мають відповідну освітню кваліфікацію, спроможних самостійно розвиватися та забезпечити організаційно-розпорядчу діяльність на високому рівні.

Abstract
Throughout the world have been looking for reducing significant ways for Global warming and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Kazakhstan is located in Central Asia, has been managed the natural resource management badly, that is influenced by environmental degradation for many years. Kazakhstan is being faced with difficulty to stop carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions due to its growing power plant energy consumption. A detailing and accurate calculation of CO2 emissions in Kazakhstan in terms of production and consumption is the first step in further action. The efficient use of petroleum products plays an important role in reducing total CO2 emissions in the power plant energy sector. This study uses a simulation calculation and a Computable general equilibrium (CGE) model because it takes into account the interaction between power energy products and the economy. In 2005 Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) table of Kazakhstan was used for simulation. This study contains three scenarios of Business as Usual (BaU) and CO2 emissions that were developed and predicted by the production-based CO2 emission inventory in Kazakhstan from 2020 to 2035. An Input-Output (IO) table covering 18 industries in Kazakhstan which were including information on five power energy generating industries. Depend on the simulation results, policymakers emphasize that controlling the growing energy consumption and CO2 emissions in Kazakhstan, improving fuel efficiency is to be an important strategy. Implementing a coal resource tax policy is an appropriate measure to further reduce CO2 emissions, and there is an urgent need to develop renewable energy.

Abstract
This article shows that in the modern period digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, have an impact on the functioning of economic objects. Digital technologies have gained a great influence in the organization of the educational process and the management of a higher educational institution. The author presents the main aspects of the influence of intelligent systems on the educational and management activities of a higher educational institution, which contributes to the training of highly qualified specialists for the national economy.

В настоящей статье показано, что в современный период цифровые технологии, в том числе и искусственный интеллект оказывают воздействие на функционирование объектов экономики. Большое влияние цифровые технологии получили в организации учебного процесса и управлении высшим учебным заведением. Автором представлены основные аспекты влияния интеллектуальных систем на образовательную и управленческую деятельность высшего учебного заведения, что способствует подготовке высококвалифицированных специалистов для национальной экономики.

Abstract
Modern conditions for the development of the agricultural economy of the Republic of Belarus make it possible to ensure expanded production of goods and raw materials not only to ensure basic food security, but also form an urgent agenda for improving the quality and safety of such products for citizens.
In recent years, the production of environmentally friendly or organic food products has become a particularly relevant area. Such production is aimed both at achieving a certain specified quality and at harmonious development of agricultural production in conditions of formation of a safe environment.

Abstract
This article examines the features of the formation of the digital economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author shows that today it is information and communication technologies that are the main factor in economic growth, a lever for the development of strategically important industries, a means of improving management efficiency, and an important condition for increasing the competitiveness of the economy. The article formulates tasks, the solution of which will ensure the formation of a single information space in the country, as one of the stages of the transition to the digital economy.

В данной статье рассматриваются особенности формирования цифровой экономики в Республике Узбекистан. Автором показанно, что на сегодняшний день именно информационно – коммуникационные технологии являются основным фактором роста экономики, рычагом развития стратегически важных отраслей, средством повышения эффективности управления, важным условием повышения конкурентоспособности экономики. В статье сформулированы задачи, решение которых обеспечит формирование в стране единого информационного пространства, как одного из этапов перехода к цифровой экономике.

Abstract
The paper aims to contextualize the current state poultry industry in Kazakhstan. There were analyzed statistical data as well as policy documents and reports. The special attention was paid for examination of strengths and weaknesses of this industry. It has been stated that one of the most effective branches of agro-industrial complex in Kazakhstan is a poultry industry, which provides the greatest return of production per unit of the spent material resources. The branch of poultry industry is characterized by lack of seasonality of production that provides uniform flow of the income and use of manpower, and also uninterrupted supply of the population with production outputs. From the economic point of view, a major factor of development of poultry industry is existence of the balanced market.

Abstract
This article is devoted to modern approaches to the use of digital analytical platforms in the activities of higher education institutions. The author presents the definition of a digital analytical platform, its structure, an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of its functioning. In addition, it is shown that during the period of digital transformation and the spread of coronavirus infection COVID 19, digital platforms are an effective tool in distance learning for students, one of the main channels of effective interaction between students, teachers and university administration.

Настоящая статья посвящена современным подходам использования цифровых аналитических платформ в деятельности высших учебных заведений. Автором представлено определение цифровой аналитической платформы, ее структура, проведен анализ сильных и слабых сторон ее функционирования. Кроме того, показано, что в период цифровой трансформации и распространения коронавирусной инфекции COVID 19, цифровые платформы являются эффективным инструментом в дистанционном обучении студентов, одним из основных каналов эффективного взаимодействия студентов, преподавателей и администрации вузов.

This article is devoted to the development of high-tech companies in the modern economic market. The author presents the definition of a high-tech company, shows that with the development of the digital economy, high-tech companies are more and more efficient in their activities in the economic market and have a multilateral positive impact on the development of regions. In addition, the article shows that high-tech companies, through their own scientific developments, the introduction of advanced solutions in the activities of industries and spheres of the regional economy, contribute to the development of the business environment, training of the personnel of economic objects, the quality of life of the population of the regions.

Данная статья посвящена вопросам развития высокотехнологичных компаний на современном экономическом рынке. Автором представлено определение высокотехнологичной компании, показано, что с развитием цифровой экономики высокотехнологичные компании все более эффективно осуществляют свою деятельность на экономическом рынке и оказывают многостороннее положительное влияние на развитие регионов.
Кроме того, в статье показано, что высокотехнологичные компании посредством проведения собственных научных разработок, внедрения передовых решений в деятельность отраслей и сфер экономики регионов, способствуют развитию деловой среды, обучению кадрового состава экономических объектов, качеству жизни населения регионов.

Abstract
The introduction of workbooks into the arsenal of didactic tools provides the teacher with a real opportunity to optimize the educational process. It allows the teacher to establish a "feedback" with the students, check the effectiveness of the work done, requires students to be active in thought, helps to better prepare for intermediate certification and allows you to develop independence as a professional and personally significant quality. It encourages students to be more conscientious in completing the assignments in the notebook. In such cases, it is most advisable to offer students the following options for tasks: including missing keywords in the definitions, filling in tables, transforming schemes, algorithms for performing any operations.

Введение рабочих тетрадей в арсенал дидактических средств предоставляет преподавателю реальную возможность оптимизировать учебный процесс. Она позволяет преподавателю установить «обратную связь» с обучающимися, проверить эффективность проделанной работы, требует от студентов активных мыслительных действий, помогает более качественно подготовиться к промежуточной аттестации и позволяет развить самостоятельность как профессиональное и личностно-значимое качество. Она стимулирует студентов более добросовестно подходить к выполнению заданий, размещенных в тетради. В таких случаях наиболее целесообразно предложить обучающимся следующие варианты заданий: включение в определения пропущенных ключевых слов, заполнение таблиц, преобразование схем, алгоритмы выполнения каких-либо операций.

Abstract
The article examines case studies as the integrative method of teaching a foreign language and describes the experience of using this method in learning English. The study reveals the features of case study method as a part of the independent educational work of students and a factor in increasing motivation. The study investigates the peculiarities of the belles-lettres representation of sensation of the world in Vasyl Stefanyk’s short stories through the interpretation of the portrayal of a mother. The research deeply focuses on a woman as a mother, sufferer, wrongdoer. The article also highlights the author’s expression conception to a potential reader.

At the moment, building of external political image of the state is becoming problematic due to the great influence of the media on the mass consciousness of people. Also, within the framework of domestic political science, the phenomenon of "external political image" is of great interest, since it has been little studied and requires further study. In this article, the author reveals the concept of "foreign policy image", but also analyses the foreign policy image of Russia, which is broadcasted by the German media.

На данный момент формирование внешнеполитического образа государства становится проблематичным из-за большого влияния СМИ на массовое сознание людей. Также в рамках отечественной политической науки феномен «внешнеполитический образ» представляет собой большой интерес, так как он мало изучен и требует дальнейшего изучения. В данной статье автор раскрывает понятие «внешнеполитический образ», но и рассматривает внешнеполитический образ России, транслируемый СМИ Германии.

Abstract
The article deals with the ideas of the US world domination, the approaches to the definition of geopolitical dominance, the main theses that the authors of the idea see as a dangerous challenge to the American geopolitical dominance in the possible coordinated position of the states located on the territory of Eurasia, Central Asia and the Post-Soviet space. Alternative points of view of other authors of the ideas of strategic geopolitical influence are studied, indicating that the United States has entered the phase of decline of its power and the degeneration of democracy, turning into a "predatory power" and a source of international instability. The article analyzes the current trends towards establishing coordination of the activities of the states of Central Asia and the Post-Soviet space that have the ability to counter the specified goals of the United States in this region.

В статье рассмотрены идеи о мировом господстве США, рассмотрены подходы к определению геополитического доминировании, основные тезисы о том, что опасным вызовом американскому геополитического доминированию авторы идеи видят в возможной согласованной позиции государств, расположенных на территории Евразии, Центральной Азии и на Постсоветском пространстве. Изучены альтернативные точки зрения других авторов идей стратегического геополитического влияния, указывающих на то, что США вступили в фазу заката своего могущества и вырождения демократии, превращаясь в "хищническую державу", и в источник международной нестабильности. Про-анализированы современные тенденции к налаживанию координирования деятельности государств Центральной Азии и Постсоветского пространства, име-ющих возможность противостоять указанным целям США в данном регионе.

Abstract
The article discusses the results of a study of victimization among young people. The relationship between victim behavior and the dissatisfaction of some needs is described.
