Abstract

Outlining priorities, guidelines, mechanisms for balanced socio-economic development (in particular, within the framework of implementing, coordinating, increasing the strategies’ effectiveness for the development of economy, its employment and labor resource potential in the conditions of powerful global and macro-regional asymmetries’ factors) is the key responsibility of the state. The article explores the asymmetries of mobility in the labour market of Ukraine, which are developed under the influence of interacting internal and globalized economic and social-forming processes. The interpretation of the mobility category and its asymmetries is refined; the classification of their global prerequisites, as well as types and aspects of mobility asymmetries (motivated by economic feasibility, broad communal and personal safety factors and incentives, based on the criteria of the role of appropriate processes for the workforce’ reproduction and use, the content of potential mechanisms for their optimization in the activity for sustaining socio-economic development) is suggested.

Abstract

The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that the development of labor relations requires from us not only knowledge of labor law, but also civil and administrative law. However, in the presence of inconsistencies in the norms of law of different industries, we may encounter misinterpretation, heterogeneous law enforcement practice. The work will identify the problems that exist in the current legal regulation, and suggest ways to solve them.

Zusammenfassung

Die Relevanz dieses Themas liegt darin, dass die Entwicklung der Arbeitsbeziehungen von uns nicht nur Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, sondern auch im Zivil- und Verwaltungsrecht erfordert. Bei Inkonsistenzen in den Rechtsnormen verschiedener Branchen kann es jedoch zu Fehlinterpretationen und heterogenen Strafverfolgungspraktiken kommen. In der Arbeit werden die Probleme identifiziert, die in der aktuellen gesetzlichen Regelung bestehen, und Lösungsansätze vorgeschlagen.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the age and individual peculiarities of middle stage students learning English at the general educational school. Teaching as a process of knowledge transfer is very important, but often the teacher is faced with the problems of teaching certain age groups. Taking into account individual personality characteristics contributes to improving the effectiveness of pedagogical work, knowledge of the laws of age-related development also plays an essential role in the process of learning the English language of students, as it makes it possible to fully understand how it is necessary to build the pedagogical process and what types of activities will have the greatest impact on students at this age period of their development.

Middle stage students differ from other students in that they are more difficult to control and often they defiantly show their deviant behavior to others. Today, there are many useful and effective methods that teachers can implement into their English lessons for more effective learning. Age-specific features of students' development are manifested in different ways in their individual formation. This is due to the fact that middle stage students, depending on their natural inclinations and living conditions, differ significantly from each other. That is why the development of each of them, in turn, is characterized by significant individual differences and features that must be taken into account in the process of education and upbringing.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of modern education-distance learning. The main objective of the article is to substantiate and prove distance learning as a new type of learning. The article analyzes the forms of learning and presents the main directions of the development of distance learning, demonstrating the differences between distance learning and traditional learning. The problems solved by students and teachers in distance learning are identified. The effectiveness of distance learning is determined by the use of pedagogical technologies based on the implementation of online coaching, online seminars for distance learning.

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме современного образования-дистанционному обучению. Основная задача статьи-обосновать и доказать, что дистанционное обучение- новый вид обучения. В статье проведен анализ форм обучения и приведены основные направления развития дистанционного обучения, демонстрация различий между дистанционным обучением и традиционным обучением. Выявлены проблемы, решаемые обучающимися и преподавателями в дистанционном обучении. Эффективность дистанционного обучения определяется использованием педагогических технологий, основанных на реализации онлайн-коучинга, онлайн-семинаров .

Abstract

In the process of thinking over the anxious tendencies of the social development, relating to the past twenty years of the XXI century and revising writings of the world-known authors (U.Eko, J.Attali, A.Bard, Y.Zoderquist, K.Schwab, T.Mallere, A.A.Zinovyev, A.I.Fursov,) the author of the article puts forward a system of logical proofs to the developing dehumanizing process of systems of education. It is done under some quasi-reasonable scenarios of ‘the great reset’ of the society and its basic values under the pretext of setting up a new world order in the postcapitalist era. The text reveals some challenges and risks, provoking the birth of ideology of globalism in some new forms and gives a brief sketch of the main vectors of deformation of the traditional systems of education and the crisis phenomena in the sphere of education and social education.

Анализируя тревожные тенденции общественного развития первой четверти XXI века и ссылаясь на работы ряда известных в мире авторов (У.Эко, Ж.Аттали, А.Бард, Я.Зодерквист, К.Шваб, Т.Маллере, А.А.Зиновьев, А.И.Фурсов), автор статьи выстраивает систему логических доказательств наметившегося, а частично уже развернувшегося в мире процесса дегуманизации образования под благовидными сценариями «перезагрузки общества и его основных ценностей» во имя построения нового мирового порядка и благополучия людей в посткапиталистическую эпоху. В статье выявлены основные вызовы и риски, провоцирующие оформление идеологии глобализма в новых необычных форматах, и дана краткая характеристика основных направлений деформации традиционных систем образования и кризисных явлений в сфере социализации и воспитания.

Abstract

The work relates to the creation of new methods and instruments for observational astronomy, in particular to gravitational astrophysics. Earlier, a new physical phenomenon of the gravitational fields effect on ultrasonic waves propagating in acoustically transparent media was theoretically substantiated and experimentally established. The improvement of the previously created precision ultrasonic equipment for the study of this phenomenon has been carried out. The operation of the equipment is based on instantaneous fluctuations differential measurements of ultrasonic waves simultaneously propagating in acoustic transparent media in opposite directions. Additional experimental studies have confirmed, expanded and refined the previously obtained results on the relationship of fluctuations of ultrasonic waves with gravitational waves and showed that at any time instant from the surrounding space, numerous gravitational waves continuously arrive in the frequency range from fractions of a hertz to tens of kilohertz. An improved ultrasonic equipment allows observation many of any millions neutron pulsar stars actually detectable. Positive results of research have been obtained on linking the frequencies of neutron pulsar stars gravitational oscillations to the frequencies of their electromagnetic oscillations, including optical ones. This made it possible to obtain the first preliminary data on the assessment of the gravitational waves propagation speed. Compared to the traditional electromagnetic, including the optical, range of astronomical observations, the ultrasonic gravitational observations technology, even by the number of detected neutron pulsar stars, already today has at least two orders of magnitude higher sensitivity. The results obtained confirm the fundamental nature of the ultrasonic method for detecting gravitational waves and testify to the creation of a new promising technology for Cosmos studying and Universe cognition.

Работа относится к созданию новых методов и приборов наблюдательной астрономии, в частности к гравитационной астрофизике. Ранее теоретически обосновано и экспериментально установлено новое физическое явление воздействия полей тяготения на распространяющиеся в акустически прозрачных средах ультразвуковые волны. Проведено совершенствование прецизионной ультразвуковой установки, созданной ранее для изучения этого явления. Функционирование установки базируется на дифференциальных измерениях мгновенных флуктуаций ультразвуковых волн, одновременно распространяющихся в акустически прозрачных средах во встречных направлениях. Дополнительные экспериментальные исследования подтвердили, расширили и уточнили полученные ранее результаты по связи флуктуаций ультразвуковых волн с гравитационными волнами и показали, что в любые моменты времени из окружающего Космоса непрерывно поступают многочисленные гравитационные волны в диапазоне частот от долей герца до десятков килогерц. Усовершенствованная ультразвуковая аппаратура позволяет наблюдать за любой из многих миллионов реально обнаруживаемых нейтронных звезд-пульсаров. Получены положительные результаты исследований по привязке частот гравитационных колебаний нейтронных звезд-пульсаров к частотам их электромагнитных колебаний, в том числе оптических. Это позволило получить первые предварительные данные по оценке скорости распространения гравитационных волн. По сравнению с традиционным электромагнитным, в том числе оптическим диапазоном астрономических наблюдений ультразвуковая технология гравитационных наблюдений даже по числу обнаруженных нейтронных звезд-пульсаров уже на сегодняшний день обладает, по крайней мере, на два порядка более высокой чувствительностью. Полученные результаты подтверждают фундаментальность ультразвукового метода детектирования гравитационных волн и свидетельствуют о создании новой перспективной технологии изучения Космоса и познания Вселенной.

Abstract

Influence of the microwave oven - radiation on processes of the fissile deformation and a relaxation of mechanical tension in the loaded exemplars of stainless steel is established at action of impulses of current and the different directions of a vector E microwave ovens - radiations concerning an exemplar axis. The analysis of a microstructure of exemplars with current and without current in various parameters showed significant influence of external power impacts on deformation of grains of steel. Change of phase structure on the maintenance of martensitic and austenitic phases in steel is established. Results demonstrate existence of the additional mechanism of an electroplastic strain in crossed fields of microwave radiation and an internal magnetic field of current.

Abstract

Pain is a multifactorally determined subjectively perceived event. A comparative analysis of the pain experience characteristics in women with the gastrointestinal tract functional and organic disorders shows no significant differences in the frequency of occurrence and pain intensity between these groups, but a greater number experiences prolonged pain for hours or days, and also demonstrate severe neurotization manifestations among women with functional disorders. Against the background of an increased level of anxiety and maladaptive types of the disease attitude, pain is perceived as being more frequent, intense or prolonged, which, in turn, leads to an increase in anxiety and the consolidation of maladaptive types of the disease attitude.

Abstract

Deficiency of fresh water makes desalination of sea water relevant. Existing desalination technologies are highly expensive, especially thermal desalination technology. In the article, on the example of Caspian Sea water, issues of thermal desalination process efficiency increase by integration of LiBr absorption heat pump into the system, as well as organization of distillation process in the field of high temperatures and evaporation multiples are considered. The emerging problem of CaSO4 scale prevention is proposed to be solved by pre-filtration nanofiltration softening.

Дефицит пресной воды делает актуальным опреснение морских вод. Существующие технологии опреснения характеризуются высокими затратами, особенно технология термического опреснения. В статье, на примере воды Каспийского моря, рассматриваются вопросы повышения эффективности процесса термического опреснения путем интегрирования LiBr-ого абсорбционного теплового насоса в систему термического опреснения, а также организации процесса дистилляции в области высоких температур и кратностей упаривания. Возникающую при этом задачу по предотвращению образования накипи CaSO4 предлагается решить предварительным нанофильтрационным умягчением.

Abstract

Traditional clothes are the pride of every Georgian. The traditional clothes of women from different coals of Georgia are distinguished by a special variety, the performance properties of which were determined by the physical and mechanical properties of the materials used. The colors of fabrics and silhouette forms of traditional clothes of women of Georgia were studied.

The percentage values of the above indicators are calculated and diagrams are built.

Аннотация

Традиционная одежда гордость каждого Грузина. Особенным многообразием отличается традиционная одежда женщин разных угольков Грузии, эксплуатационные свойства которых определялись физико-механическими свойствами использованных материалов. Были изучены материалы, цветовая гамма тканей и силуэтные формы традиционной одежды женщин Грузии.

Рассчитаны процентные величины вышеуказанных показателей и построены диаграммы.

Abstract

The car is the main polluter of the environment. This is due to the fact that until now most vehicles use a power plant powered by organic fuels. To determine the toxicity of the of exhaust gases, the engines are tested at transient modes - according to the so-called driving cycles. Driving cycles, as a rule, are a dependence of speed on current time, are widely used in road transport. The transient modes reproduced by driving cycles are predominant, especially in the use of cars in urban environments, so it is so important that the reference cycle used in estimating emissions corresponds to the actual operating conditions. The article considers the problem of establishing the characteristics of a typical driving cycle based on real high-speed profiles of cars obtained as a result of GNSS monitoring.
